Local Authors Day

October 19th 2019 | 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Together with the Spartanburg Brew Fest on October 19th, local authors will sell and sign books at the Hub City Bookshop. Sip your brew and support our local talent at the same time by stopping in for a chat and a book signing!

Between 11 p.m. and 12 p.m., Author Lynda Lippman-Lockhart will sign and sell copies of her books, Nine Minutes to Kill, The Laundry Room, and Oodles of Poodles of Dark Corner. 

From 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., Author Dawna Starr Avery will sell and sign copies of her book Visual Testaments: Deliverance, Healing and Practical Ways to Bring Hope to the Hopeless.

Author Timothy James Avery will also sell and sign copies of his new book, Touched by my Father, between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.

From 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Author Patricia V. Veasey will sell and sign copies of her new book A Relentless Spirit, Catharine Ladd, Southern Educator, Entrepreneur, and Author 1808-1899!

Mystery Novelist David Burnsworth will sign copies of his latest book, Bad Time to Be in It, between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., Author Jen Thomas will sign and sell copies of her novel, Our Hearts are the Same.
