Book Clubs

Hub City Bookshop offers a variety of book clubs for all of our readers! 

The book clubs listed below are hosted and operated by Hub City Bookshop. If you're interested in starting a book club or having the bookshop supply books for your existing club, please email amanda@hubcity.orgAll of our book clubs are free and open for anyone to join. If you decide to purchase your book for bookclub, while not required, we encourage you to purchase through Hub City Bookshop. Book club members recieve a 20% discount on club books with their Hub City Bookshop Membership.

All book clubs will be taking a break during the month of July and will resume in August. Please keep an eye on this page or sign up for our newsletter for further updates.

Her Story

Meets: The first Wednesday of each month in the bookshop | 6 PM

Focus: Reads books about women, written by women.

Hub Fiction

Meets: The second Monday of the month in the bookshop | 6 PM 

Focus: This is our general fiction book club. From mystery to literary, speculative to fantasy, this book club covers all the subcategories in the fiction genre.

  • November: You, Again by Kate Goldbeck

Rainbow Reads

Meets: The Third Wednesday of the month in the bookshop | 6 PM 

Focus: Reading stories centered around LGBTQ+ characters and experiences while creating inclusive and intersectional conversations within an open and welcoming environment.
