COVID UPDATE 5/4/20

Thank you to all our customers, donors, and community members for bearing with us during this uncertain times! We are closely watching both State and City decisions and CDC/DHEC recommendations regarding safely operating our retail space. We have made the decision to open our doors this week. We will maintain our adjusted hours (above), and have put in place several precautions to make sure you and our staff are safe as we navigate re-opening to the public.

The store floor is open but the doors will remain locked. Please knock and we will open up for you! Staff will wear gloves and masks, and we request that our patrons wear a mask or some kind of face covering as well for your safety and our staffs’. We will limit the number of customers in the store at a time. Legally we are required to operate under 20% capacity, but likely only up to 5 customers will be allowed to browse at a time. We ask that patrons do not linger after they shop until further notice. 

We are still offereing all social distancing shopping options, including curbside and home delivery, and online retail at hubcity.org/books and bookshop.org/shop/hubcitybooks. We appreciate your continued support at this time!
