About the Book

Where The Joy Is tells the story of the goodness of God poured out through friendship, and how one woman’s faith allows her to share joy during the most devastating challenge that she and her family faced. This story, told from the perspective of her dear friends, gives a real-life account of how her faith allows her to persevere with a diagnosis of glioblastoma, living with strength, grace and yes, JOY. This short book will go a long way in helping individuals, family members, and friends faced with a similar diagnosis to awaken a deepening faith and a Christ-centered lens.

About the Authors

Cindy Buttino and her husband, Lou, live in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She has three married children, two daughters and a son, and six grandchildren. She adores being with her family, loves reading, journaling, Bible Study Fellowship, playing tennis and traveling with family and friends.

Margo Baghdady is married to Brian and lives in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Her blessings include her two adult daughters, a son and daughter-n-law, and two quirky doodles. She loves flowers and helping people get closer to the garden as well as cooking, tennis and pickleball, and travel adventures with her family.
