Join us for a night with Greenville author Kaelynn Partlow, Love on the Spectrum cast member and author of Life on the Bridge. Partlow's new book is a warm, personal, and practical guide to understanding autism—from behaviors to communication and beyond. She will be in conversation with Lisa Lane, who helped establish Project Hope Foundation as a nonprofit to serve those struggling with autism.

The event will be held at Headquarters, Spartanburg County Public Library. The doors open at 5:45 PM, and the first 100 attendees will receive a free book, compliments of Spartanburg County Public Libraries. Ahead of the event, Kaelynn will be signing copies of her book, which will be on site and available to purchase. After the event, Kaelynn will be available for a limited meet and greet. Please no flash photography.

About the Author

Kaelynn Partlow, RBT

Kaelynn Partlow was diagnosed with autism at the age of 10. She is best known for her appearance on the Netflix series "Love on the Spectrum," where she became a recognizable and relatable voice for autism advocacy. Through her social media platforms, Kaelynn reaches millions with a message of meaningful inclusion, practical strategies, and systemic change.

She is the author of Life on the Bridge, a book that draws from both her personal experiences and professional expertise to bridge the gap in understanding between autistic and non-autistic people.

Since joining Project Hope Foundation in 2015 as a Registered Behavior Technician, Kaelynn has played a key role in leading therapy sessions, mentoring staff, developing training materials, and providing nationwide autism education as a public speaker.

About the Conversation Partner

Lisa Lane, MA, JD

After graduating as valedictorian and class president from Dillon High School, Lisa attended the University of South Carolina, receiving her B.A. in Philosophy, summa cum laude, her M.A. in English, with honors, and her J.D. from the School of Law, with honors. She joined the law firm of Kennedy Covington Lobdell and Hickman, becoming a partner in 1992.

When her younger son was diagnosed with autism in 1996, she helped establish Project Hope Foundation as a nonprofit to serve those struggling with autism. She has gained expertise in the field of autism, participating in thousands of hours of Applied Behavior Analysis sessions, and becoming a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst. She has met with hundreds of families of children with autism. Along with her co-director, Susan Sachs, Lisa has been instrumental in developing each of Project Hope’s programs. Lisa is a frequent speaker to civic clubs, educational groups, and community organizations.
