All it takes is three minutes a day to change your life!
It takes more than only fitness to improve your outlook and maintain a mindful life—exercising your brain is just as important as working out the rest of your body! Focusing on your own self-care and working daily to consciously change your mindset will result in increased optimism, thoughtful ideas and introspection, and feelings of empowerment.
Health and fitness junkie Sandy Joy Weston had a goal to create a book and guide that allows you to redirect your thoughts in a positive, focused manner. This book is the culmination—lighthearted and fun, it presents easy ways to learn a few simple changes you can make in your life, and why these will help you enjoy life more. From her inspired power statements, to the proposed action plans and goal-setting, plus games and prompts to really delve into what motivates you, you'll learn more about yourself than expected, plus, you'll be prepared to hold yourself accountable.
“Sandy’s high-energy vibration on both the physical and spiritual levels has helped to transcend her and her clients to new heights of being. She takes people where they never thought was possible, and they enjoy the journey.” —Pat Croce, American entrepreneur, sports team executive and owner, author, and TV personality
After many years of hands-on research and collaboration with top professors, Sandy has put together a 90-day guide book and journal, written for the everyday person to help get their head in the game and see results instantly. Train your head, and your body will follow.
This is a combination of a love and passion for fitness, food, science, spirituality, positive psychology, and people, all rolled into one. All our habits, everything we want, is because we believe we’ll feel better once we have it. Sandy will teach you to feel better first, which will better allow you to reach your goals.
"Sandy's vision for creating joy and empowering others is an inspiration for us all. This book is an embodiment of that joy, and I am grateful that she is so willing to share it with all all of us." —Matthew LaBosco, meditation trainer & energy practitioner
