Wofford College will present the Sandor Teszler Award for Moral Courage and Service to Humankind to John J. Wood on February 9th. Wood is the founder and board co-chair of Room To Read, an organization that seeks to transform the lives of millions of children in developing countries by focusing on literacy and gender equality in education. Wood's book "Leaving Microsoft to Change the World" will be available for purchase, and there will be a book-signing opportunity at the event.
