Matt Matthews wins First Novel Prize
The S.C. Arts Commission and its literary partners have named William P. "Matt" Matthews of Greer, S.C., the winner of the 2010 South Carolina First Novel Prize for his book Mercy Creek.
Corrine Manning named writer-in-residence
